White Pearl (583) is a cauliflower variety exhibiting tolerance to Heat & Rain and having a longer sowing window with wider adaptability. It is suitable for dense planting. The plant is strong, erect, and medium tall, producing a high dome-shaped, compact white curd with very good self covering. This variety is recommended for the tropical and sub-tropical season (specifically June 15th – August)

The curd is a High Dome shape and White in color, classified in the Sub Tropical segment. It is Compact and has Very good self covering. Curd weight typically ranges from 800 – 1000 gm. Curd maturity occurs quickly, approximately 60–65 days after transplanting (DAT). The curd has a field holding capacity of 6–8 days. The recommended sowing season according to the Package of Practices is Rainy.
