Vishal is a watermelon variety that is easy to grow and is distinguished by its bigger fruit size and high yield. It shows very good tolerance to DM (Downy Mildew) and PM (Powdery Mildew). The plant has very strong vigor and dense foliage. It is recommended for sowing during the Early Summer, Late Rainy, and Early Winter periods.

VISHAL Specifications

The fruit has a Big Elongated Oblong shape and a rind color of Light green skin with dark green stripes. The flesh is an Attractive Deep Red color. It is classified in the Stripes - Oblong segment. Fruit weight typically ranges from 8 – 10 kg. The sweetness level measures 9–10 Brix. Maturity occurs between 90–100 days after sowing (DAS).
