Widigo herbicide is a selective, that helps control weeds in cotton. It is called a post-emergence herbicide and it contains Pyrithiobac-Sodium 10% EC. This means it is designed to kill broadleaf weeds in cotton without harming the cotton plants when used correctly.
Pyrithiobac-Sodium is a type of herbicide that stops weeds from growing by preventing them from making amino acids. This causes the weeds to die slowly.

Method of Application
- Shake the Widigo container well before use.
- Mix the required amount of Widigo with a small quantity of water.
- Add the remaining water while stirring continuously.
- Spray the mixture evenly using:
- Knapsack sprayer
- Power sprayer
- ASPEE-HTP sprayer
- Use a fan or flood-jet nozzle for best coverage.
Safety & Precautions
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Do not inhale the spray mist.
- Wear protective clothing, gloves, a mask, and safety goggles during application.
- Do not eat, drink, or smoke while applying Widigo.
- Do not contaminate water bodies or fish habitats.
- Do not spray during windy conditions.
- Do not spray when bees are active.
Symptoms of Poisoning
- Eye irritation, Skin irritation, Redness and watering of the eyes, Nasal irritation, Breathing difficulties, Shaking, Lack of coordination.
First Aid
- If Swallowed: Drink plenty of water or milk. Do not induce vomiting unless advised by a doctor.
- Skin Contact: Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water.
- Eye Contact: Rinse eyes with clean water for at least 15 minutes.
- Inhalation: Move the affected person to fresh air.

- Keep Widigo in its original container.
- Store in a dry, well-ventilated place.
- Keep away from food, animal feed, and water sources.
- Keep out of reach of children and animals.
