Mode of Action

with its active ingredient Copper Oxychloride, serves as a protective fungicide that operates through both contact and preventive mechanisms. Its efficacy is derived from the direct interaction with fungal spores, during which the copper ions are assimilated passively during spore germination. The absorbed copper then interferes with the pathogens’ enzymatic processes, leading to their elimination. Then, it stops the fungus from growing. Consequently, it is utilized to combat a wide spectrum of fungal and bacterial afflictions in many crops.
