Oberon insecticide is considered to be relatively safe to the environment which makes it a better fit for IPM practices. But it can be harmful to beneficial insects if applied incorrectly. Since it is a broad-spectrum insecticide, it may affect natural enemies. To reduce the risk of harming beneficial insects, it is advisable to spray during early morning or late afternoon.
Choose a non-windy or no-rain day to apply Oberon insecticide to avoid drifting and washing away. Cooler hours of the day, like early morning or late afternoon, are ideal for spraying. It is advised to spray Oberon as soon as the insect attack is spotted.
Oberon can be mixed with some compatible chemicals. But it is recommended to seek expert advice or follow label claims.
