Naval (PM) is a hot pepper variety known for its strong plant vigor and an erect spreading habit with dense foliage. This variety is tailored for farmers requiring consistency and reliable performance under varied local conditions. It is primarily utilized for fresh green purposes.

Naval PM Specifications

This variety produces pungent fruits categorized under the Fresh green-Short segment. The peppers are dark green in color, measuring approximately 8 to 9 cm in length and 1.0 to 1.1 cm in diameter, and have a smooth skin texture. The crop reaches its first harvest typically within 60 to 65 days after transplanting (DAT). Sowing is generally recommended during the rainy season as per regional agricultural timings.
