• For prevention of renal disorders:
• Broilers: 3 to 5 ml per 100 birds for 3 to 5 days
• Layers: 5 to 10 ml per 100 birds for 5 days
• For curative measure:
• Broilers: 5 to 10 ml per 100 birds for 5 to 7 days
• Layers: 20 ml per 100 birds for 5 to 7 days
• Mild infection: 2-3 ml per 10 kg body weight
• Severe infection: 3-5 ml per 10 kg of body weight
