MODE OF ACTION
- Ether 39 is plant growth regulator with systemic properties. It penetrates into the plant tissues, and is translocated and progressively decomposed to ethylene, which positively affects the growth process.
DOSAGE
- General Dose: 1.0 - 1.50 ml/Liter of water.
- Specific Applications:
- Mango (Breaking Alternate Bearing): 5 sprays starting in mid-October or early November, at fortnightly intervals.
- Mango (Flower Induction): 5 sprays starting from early November, at weekly intervals.
- Mango (Post-Harvest Treatment): Dip mature fruits in the solution for uniform ripening. One treatment is sufficient.
- Pineapple (Flower Induction): Spray at the 30-37 leaf stage or 10-12 months of growth. One spray required.
- Coffee (Arabica & Robusta): One spray at the fly picking stage when 10-15% of berries have ripened.
- Tomato (Post-Harvest Treatment): Dip fruits once after harvest.
- Rubber: Apply in March, August, September, and November (four applications); brush onto the tapping cut of the bark once every two months.
