• Weedsil 38% works as a synthetic auxin. It belongs to a family of phenoxy-carboxylic acids. It is used on a wide variety of terrestrial and aquatic broadleaf weeds. It has little effect on grasses.

• Weedsil 38% is a safe and wide-spectrum weedicide for the control of broad-leaved weeds in many crops.
• It is a selective, systemic weedicide of the Phenoxy acetic group.

• It is absorbed by the leaves and roots and translocated into the weed plants.
• Ensure sufficient soil moisture at the time of application.

MODE OF ACTION

• It is a selective systemic herbicide.
• It acts as a growth inhibitor. The salts are readily absorbed by the roots, whilst esters are readily absorbed by the foliage.
• Translocation occurs, with accumulation principally at the meristematic regions of shoots and roots.
