About Suntech Nova Doxa Insecticides

• NOVA DOXA Insecticide is a Suntech Agriscience product.
• It contains Novaluron 5.25% + Indoxacarb 4.5% SC.
• It is a powerful, dual-action pre-mix insecticide combining an insect growth regulator (IGR) with an oxadiazine chemistry in a suspension concentrate (SC) formulation, providing comprehensive ovicidal, larvicidal, and adult control against chewing caterpillars and borers.
• NOVA DOXA Insecticide is used against bollworms (American bollworm, spotted bollworm, pink bollworm), tobacco caterpillars (Spodoptera litura), diamondback moths (DBM), fruit and shoot borers, pod borers (Helicoverpa armigera), and semiloopers. It is recommended on cotton, chilli, tomato, cabbage, pigeon pea (tur), chickpea (gram), brinjal, and soybean.

Mode of Action

• Mode of Entry: Absorbed via translaminar and foliar contact, working effectively through stomach (ingestion), contact, and strong ovicidal (egg) action.
• Mode of Action: Dual-action synergy where Novaluron inhibits chitin biosynthesis (preventing moulting and cuticle formation in larvae), while Indoxacarb blocks voltage-gated sodium channels in the insect nervous system, rapidly halting feeding and causing paralysis and mortality.

Dosage per Acre

• Per Litre of Water: 1.5 ml – 2.0 ml (approx. 25 ml – 30 ml per 15-litre spray pump)
