• IND AXE Insecticide is a Suntech Agriscience product.
• It contains Indoxacarb 14.5% SC.
• It is an advanced, broad-spectrum oxadiazine insecticide formulated as a suspension concentrate (SC), delivering powerful contact and stomach action with rapid feeding cessation against tough lepidopteran caterpillars and borers.
• IND AXE Insecticide is used against bollworms (American bollworm, pink bollworm, spotted bollworm), fruit and shoot borers, diamondback moths (DBM), pod borers (Helicoverpa armigera), tobacco caterpillars (Spodoptera litura), and leaf folders. It is recommended on cotton, chilli, tomato, cabbage, pigeon pea (tur), chickpea (gram), brinjal, and soybean.

Mode of Action

• Mode of Entry: Absorbed through foliage with excellent translaminar movement, acting primarily through stomach ingestion as well as direct contact with insect cuticles.
• Mode of Action: Oxadiazine chemistry acting as a voltage-gated sodium channel blocker (VGSCB) in insect nerve cells; it is bio-activated inside the insect to its active form, which halts sodium entry, causing immediate feeding cessation, paralysis, and larval mortality.

• Per Litre of Water: 1.0 ml – 1.5 ml (approx. 15 ml – 20 ml per 15-litre spray pump)
• Per Acre (Foliar Spray): 150 ml – 200 ml in 150–200 litres of water (for cotton, chilli, tomato, and vegetables)
