• Technical Name: Ammonium Salt of Glyphosate 71% SG
• Mode of Entry: Systemic
• Mode of Action: Vigor 71 works by inhibiting the enzyme EPSP synthase (5-enolpyruvylshikimate-3-phosphate synthase), which is crucial for the synthesis of aromatic amino acids in plants. These amino acids are essential for protein production and plant growth. When Vigor 71 is applied, it disrupts this pathway, leading to the accumulation of shikimate and the eventual death of the plant.
