• SUN IMIDA Insecticide is a Suntech Agriscience product.
• It contains Imidacloprid 17.8% SL.
• It is a modern, systemic neonicotinoid insecticide formulated as a soluble liquid concentrate (SL), delivering outstanding systemic protection and long-lasting control against a wide spectrum of sucking insect pests.
• SUN IMIDA Insecticide is used against aphids, jassids, thrips, whiteflies, brown plant hoppers (BPH), white-backed plant hoppers (WBPH), green leaf hoppers (GLH), and termites.
• It is recommended on cotton, paddy (rice), chilli, tomato, okra, sugarcane, mango, tea, and sunflower.

Mode of Action

• Mode of Entry: Highly systemic with rapid uptake via foliage and roots, translocating acropetally across plant tissues and acting through contact and stomach (ingestion) routes.
• Mode of Action: Neonicotinoid chemistry that acts as an agonist on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) in the insect central nervous system, causing continuous nerve stimulation, receptor blockage, paralysis, and pest mortality.

Dosage per Acre

• Per Litre of Water: 0.3 ml – 0.5 ml (approx. 5 ml – 7.5 ml per 15-litre spray pump)
• Per Acre (Foliar Spray): 50 ml – 100 ml in 150–200 litres of water (for cotton, paddy, vegetables, and field crops)
