Colfos Insecticide Technical Details

Technical Content: Ethion 40% + Cypermethrin 5% EC

Mode of Action:

• Ethion- Non-systemic with a predominate contact action. Ethion is an Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, which is responsible for inhibition of enzyme Acetylcholinesterase resulting in blockage in the transmission of nerve impulses in insects.
• Cypermethrin- Sodium channel modulator. Keep sodium channels open thereby causing hyperexcitation and in some cases nerve block

Additional Information

• Keep away from heat, food and animal feed. Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• Colfos Insecticide can generally be mixed with other insecticides, fungicides, and fertilizers. However, always perform a small jar test to check for physical compatibility before large-scale mixing.
