Product Description
About Product
- BACF Bio Inoculant NPK+ (Bio-NPK Consortia) is a comprehensive, broad-spectrum liquid bio-fertilizer.
- Instead of targeting just one nutrient, this formulation is a powerful microbial consortium—a synergistic blend of different beneficial bacteria that simultaneously address the plant's three major macronutrient needs: Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K).
Technical Content
- NPK Consortia [Azotobacter 5 X 10^7 CFU/ml, PSB 5X10^7 CFU/ml, KMB 5X10^7 CFU/ml (Liquid)] + Food for Microbes
Features
- Complete Macro-Nutrition: Provides a balanced, continuous supply of N, P, and K throughout the crop cycle, preventing multiple deficiency symptoms at once.
- Drastic Cost Reduction: By improving nutrient use efficiency, it allows farmers to reduce the application of traditional chemical NPK fertilizers (Urea, DAP, Potash) by 20% to 30%.
- Improves Yield & Quality: Enhances cell division, root mass, and photosynthesis. It heavily improves the size, color, weight, and nutritional quality of the harvested produce. - Drought and Disease Resistance: The consortium naturally secretes plant growth-promoting substances (auxins, gibberellins) and antibiotics that suppress harmful soil pathogens and help the plant withstand environmental stress.
- Restores Soil Health: Completely organic and eco-friendly. It prevents soil degradation, improves soil aeration, enhances water retention, and builds a sustainable microbial ecosystem for future crop cycles.
Mode of Action
- Nutrient Cycling: The product works through both soil and foliar action. Once applied, the microbes colonize the root zone and the plant surfaces.
- Bio-Availability: The N-fixing bacteria draw nitrogen from the atmosphere, while the PSB and KMB secrete organic acids to break down inert, locked-up phosphorus and potash in the soil, converting them into bioavailable forms that the roots can easily absorb.
- Root Exudate Interaction: The microbes feed on plant root exudates (sugars released by the plant) and, in return, condition the soil texture and release growth hormones.
Dosage
- Seed Treatment Dosage: 10 ml per kg of seeds.
- Seedling / Root Dip Dosage: 10 to 20 ml per liter of water.
- Soil Application (Broadcasting) Dosage: 1 to 2 Liters per acre (Sometimes measured at 250 gm/acre if using a powdered variant, but 1-2 Liters for the liquid NPK+).
- Drip Irrigation (Fertigation)Dosage: 1 to 2 Liters per acre.
Method Of Application
- Seed Treatment Method: Mix the liquid with a small amount of water to make a slurry. Coat the seeds evenly and dry them in the shade for 30 to 45 minutes before sowing.
- Seedling / Root Dip Method: Dip the roots of seedlings into the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes just before transplanting.
- Soil Application (Broadcasting) Method: Mix the required amount of NPK liquid with 50 to 100 kg of well-decomposed Farmyard Manure (FYM), compost, or moist soil. Broadcast it evenly across the field before sowing or during early vegetative stages.
- Drip Irrigation (Fertigation) Method: Run the liquid directly through the drip irrigation system so the microbial consortium is deposited exactly at the root zone.
Additional Information
- Do not mix with chemicals: NEVER mix this bio-fungicide with chemical bactericides, chemical fungicides, or chemical fertilizers during application. They will kill the beneficial bacteria.
- Application Gap: If you must use a chemical fungicide, maintain a gap of at least 7 to 10 days between the chemical application and the Trichoderma application.
- Storage: Store the packet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as high temperatures and UV rays can reduce the viability of the live bacteria.
- Moisture is Key: For soil application, ensure the soil has adequate moisture so the bacteria can survive and multiply effectively.
