About Product

• Multiplex Areca Green is a blend of Secondary and Micronutrients, uniquely formulated fertilizer for Arecanut crop. Arecanut is one among the important horticultural crop gaining high economic value in India.
• The betel nuts obtained from Arecanut trees are considered auspicious in traditional rituals and moreover, the daily consumption of betel nuts is passed down from generation to generation.
• The cultivation of Arecanut has rapidly increased from the past decade for its commercial potential. However, during these years Arecanut plantation has significantly reduced productivity, becoming suspectable to yellow leaf disease, it is due to unscientific management of areca nut cultivation, excess use of only inorganic NPK fertilizers without using secondary and micronutrients.
• Hence Application of Multiplex Arecanut green periodically fulfills the gap of secondary and micronutrient which are much essential to suppress yellow leaf disease, increases flower setting, avoids premature falling of nuts, prevent nut splitting, and improve yield both by quality and quantity.

• Composition: Contains Secondary nutrients and micronutrients in balanced quantities.
• Mode of Action: Organic manure increases the water holding capacity in soil and supplies the essential nutrients needed by growing plants. In acid soils, it helps in solubilizing phosphorus that are fixed in soil. Organic acids are released from decomposing organic matter that helps to reduce alkalinity in soils.

Dosage & Methods of Application:

• Soil application: For bearing areca nut plants apply 100 g and for non-bearing areca nut plants apply 50 g in two split doses, the first dose in the month of May/ June and the second dose during September/ October.

Additional Information

• After application plants should be well irrigated. When areca nut is grown as a mixed crop with pepper and betel vine, care should be taken to apply Multiplex multi-Micronutrient fertilizers 20 inches away from the base
