MODE OF ACTION
- Antibiosis: By secreting secondary metabolites that have an antibiosis impact on the pathogen, it provides a persistent control against the disease.
- Mycoparasitism: Biowrap mycoparasitism is a crucial method for controlling nematodes, involving identification, contact, entanglement, penetration, and parasitism, causing nematode death by colonizing and absorbing nutrients.
- Competition; By making other microbes compete for nutrients and substrate, it controls the pathogen growth.
DOSAGE
- Seed Treatment - 50 gm per kg of seeds
- Nursery Application - 50 gm /sq met
- Soil Application - 2.5 kg per hectare along with required organic fertilizer before sowing of vegetable or transplanting of vegetable saplings.
