About Suntech Nykaa Insecticides

• NYKAA Insecticide is a Suntech Agriscience product. It contains Fipronil 40% + Imidacloprid 40% WG. It is a broad-spectrum systemic and contact insecticide combining phenylpyrazole and neonicotinoid chemistries.
• NYKAA Insecticide is used against white grubs, termites, stem borers, leaf folders, brown planthoppers (BPH), green leafhoppers (GLH), aphids, jassids, thrips, and whiteflies. It is recommended on sugarcane, rice, cotton, maize, vegetables, and horticultural crops.

Mode of Action

• Mode of Entry: Absorbed systemically through roots and foliage, delivering dual-action control via contact and ingestion.
• Mode of Action: Fipronil blocks GABA-gated chloride channels while Imidacloprid binds to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR), causing complete nervous system disruption and pest mortality.

Dosage per Acre

• Per Litre of Water: 0.3 g – 0.5 g (approx. 5 g – 8 g per 15-litre spray pump)
• Per Acre (Foliar Spray): 40 g – 100 g in 150–200 litres of water (for sucking & foliar pests in rice, cotton, vegetables)
