Ashoka Farm Aids is thus presently engaged in extensive R & D, production and marketing of vegetable hybrid seeds. In the future Ashoka Farm Aids aims to develop novel stress tolerant hybrids / varieties of vegetables and cereal crops, via Marker Assisted Selection (MAS) Breeding Programs to speed up the process for identification of the trait of interest. Further it also intends to adapt Doubled Haploid Technology (DHT) to generate an array of Homozygous Inbred Lines for the breeding programs.
